Update Sending Schedule

Set the timezone and time-of-day window during which warm-up emails are sent. Mailivery only sends inside the configured window so the traffic pattern resembles a real human's working hours — important for deliverability. Choose one of the preset schedules (e.g. Weekdays - 8am to 6pm), paired with an IANA timezone string such as America/Chicago.
