Pause warm-up sending for a mailbox (campaign). Mailivery stops queueing new outbound warm-up emails immediately; the campaign stays connected and can be resumed at any time via the Resume Warmup endpoint. No SMTP/IMAP connectivity check is performed when pausing, so this is safe to call even when a mailbox is mid-failure.
