Resume warm-up sending for a mailbox (campaign) that was previously paused — either manually via Pause Warmup or automatically after a connection problem. Mailivery re-validates SMTP/IMAP connectivity before bringing the campaign back online; if credentials are still failing, update the mailbox first and then call this endpoint. Use Start Warmup instead for a mailbox that has never been warmed up before.
