Turn off automatic volume ramp-up for a mailbox (campaign). Once disabled, the campaign sends at its full email_per_day immediately rather than gradually climbing. Use this when a mailbox has already built reputation, or when you want to take manual control of the daily volume via Update Emails Per Day.
