Update Response Rate

Response rate is how much % of your outbound warm up emails wills reply Back by your receivers.
Reply is good signal for warm up.
Please note that if SMTP Email address and IMAP Email Address is different for campaign. Response rate will be consider as 0 insted of whatever value has been set.
